LEAP-NTH Townsville

If after making an application, you are unable to attend LEAP-NTH – Townsville, you must advise the LEAP-NTH Townsville Event Team in writing as soon as possible.

Substitutes will not be accepted for any applicant who withdraws. The LEAP-NTH Townsville Event Team reserves the right to refuse an application, in which case a full refunds will be made.

ALL withdrawals after 12 May 2025, will be subject to a minimum withdrawal fee of $75 of the event fee.
No refunds are available for withdrawals after 25 May 2025.

Withdrawal requests should be directed to the LEAP-NTH Townsville Event Team and sent to northernassistantdirector@leap.scoutsqld.com.au.

A refund for the appropriate amount, if applicable, will then be forwarded to the relevant person.
