Southern LEAP24
If after making an application, you are unable to attend Southern LEAP24, you must advise the LEAP Administration Officer in writing as soon as possible. ALL withdrawals after 12 May 2024 may be subject to a minimum withdrawal fee of $75 at the discretion of the LEAP Chief Director: Withdrawals after 31 May 2024 may be charged the full fee of the LEAP 2024. Withdrawal requests should be directed to the LEAP Administration Officer and sent to southernchiefdirector@leap.scoutsqld.com.au. A refund for the appropriate amount, if applicable, will then be forwarded to the relevant person. The LEAP Executive reserves the right to refuse any application, in which case a full refund will be made.
